For Individuals and Families
When a big decision is in front of you, the hardest part is rarely the math — It’s the moment of action.
Pivot Point helps you move from intention to follow-through during transitions and high-stakes choices.
If helpful, we can refer you to an advisor who embraces the Pivot Point approach.

How we work with individuals and families
In our work with individuals and families over the past two decades, we’ve found that “the moments that matter” often arrive during change — retirement, liquidity events, and family transitions. Many people feel underserved not by the quality of advice, but by how it’s delivered in those moments.
Often, the challenge is not:
-
Competence
-
Intent
-
Access
It’s misalignment.
Pivot Point’s role
Pivot Point guides individuals and families to:
-
Clarify what they need from advice — beyond technical planning
-
Prepare for more productive advisory relationships
-
Navigate transitions with greater agency and understanding
What this is — and what it isn’t
-
Not financial advice
-
Not therapy or coaching
-
Not a replacement for an advisor
It’s alignment and readiness work.

Frank Corrado of Pivot Point talks about Life Design
The text below is a transcript from the video
In the grand story of our lives, a tiny punctuation mark often gets unnoticed.
— The dash —
It's the slender line between the day we're born and the day we'll pass on. Within that dash lies the essence of our existence. Our dash represents the time we spend on this earth. It captures the moments we've cherished, the dreams we've pursued, and the impact we've had on others. It recounts missed opportunities and reflects the choices we make, big and small, that define our lives and shape our legacy.
Yet reflecting on our dash can be overwhelming. Life is a rollercoaster filled with joy, excitement, grief and misery. Sometimes we settle for good enough, avoiding change or believing events are beyond our control. But here's the truth. You hold the pen. You write the script. You are in charge of becoming the best version of yourself.
Imagine your dash as a canvas waiting for your brushstrokes.
Just as you wouldn't build a house without an architect, don't leave your dash to chance. Seek guidance. Like the skilled tradespersons alike. Embrace change and the external transitions that follow. Be supported when facing career changes, loss of a spouse, divorce, health challenges and personal crisis.
The onset of change could be expected or unexpected, but undoubtedly it will impact your finances. This is not the time to take a do it yourself approach or reach for the latest self help book or podcast. And then there's the quest for a greater meaning. Perhaps you've felt that void, a yearning for purpose beyond the ordinary. Maybe you've climbed that ladder of success only to find a leaning against the wrong wall. Seeking purpose isn't a luxury, it's a necessity.
It's about finding your why, the reason you wake up each morning. Maybe it's making a difference, leaving a legacy, or simply savoring life's small joys. We blend financial expertise with life coaching to help people adapt to change. We call it life design, a transformative approach beyond traditional wealth management. With a relationship based on trust and intimacy, we can navigate uncertainties, create clarity, and co create your new normal.
